Access to the property, which is self-contained from the main house, is via
an external wide concrete staircase. Sadly this renders the property
unsuitable for young children and those who find stairs a difficulty.

Leave Ramsey on the Andreas road A9 past the Grove Museum towards Andreas.
Over the Reagby crossroads for approx. 1 mile. Ballaseyre Beg the main house
is on the right hand side of the road with lay by in front and it is before
Andreas church & village which is approx ½ mile further on.
