8. High style loft accommodation, making use of natural light beautifully by way of huge Velux windows from which views of the farm and surrounding countryside are obtained.

10. Clock, radio with IPOD/IPhone music facility.
11. Washing machine & separate freezer from the refrigerator provided within the kitchen area.
12. All linen is provided and included in the tariff.
Accommodates two adults (three only by special arrangement)
Arrival 3.00 p.m. and departures 10.00 a.m. please Saturday to Saturday (usually). However, other arrangements accommodated if possible
Rates from £375 per week. Payment in full prior to occupancy please. Late cancellation fees are charged.
Access to the property, which is self-contained from the main house, is via an external wide concrete staircase. Sadly this renders the property unsuitable for young children and those who find stairs a difficulty.
 
Directions.
Leave Ramsey on the Andreas road A9 past the Grove Museum towards Andreas. Over the Reagby crossroads for approx. 1 mile. Ballaseyre Beg the main house is on the right hand side of the road with lay by in front and it is before Andreas church & village which is approx ½ mile further on.

Ramsey nicely presented one bedroom self contained apartment. Situated in a quit location just ten minutes walk into the town centre. The apartment comprises of one double bedroom, open plan kitchen/diner/lounge, shower room and dressing room. The apartment is fully centrally heated. Sky TV and wi fi Internet broadband is included in the package. A designated parking space is also available if required.
The charges are as follows, Practice week £230.00/ TT week £250.00. based on two sharing. Dogs are also welcome subject to a small surcharge.

The apartment is available throughout the year @ £230.00 per week high season April - September/£200.00 per week low season October - March.
